Getting your book into bookstores must be every self publisher's dream come true.

To see his or her book on the shelf of a Border's or Dymocks and to be able to brag about it and make sales would make most self publishers very happy.

While this does not guarantee that bookstores will stock your book en-mass, it does mean that whenever people enquire about the book, you are on the bookstore's system and people can order them.
